The National Museum of Singapore is the oldest museum in Singapore and boasts of a rich collection of exhibits on the history of Singapore. More notably, the architecture of the museum models after the neo-classical style and is seamlessly joined by a new modernist extension of glass and metal, giving the iconic building a mix of both traditional and contemporary vibe, allowing for some marvellous pre-wedding photos to be taken there.

These places are a constant in most Singaporeans’ lives and could also become a constant in pre-wedding photoshoots in the near future, if they aren’t already one. Furthermore, the homely feel such places give to the photos is something that just cannot be found elsewhere, and will surely make your pre-wedding photos as unique as they can get.

The diner is the newly revamped Koon Kee Restaurant (still serving Thai & Chinese recipes passed down three generations) currently in a 50’s shop house with beautiful green tiled walls while the ‘rides’ offered is a fleet of VeeDubs & other vintage cars available for rental. Not only does the diner itself make for a really charming pre-wedding photoshoot place, you can even rent the beautifully conditioned vintage cars for use in your photoshoot anywhere!

Lalang is a type of grass that is commonly found in some parts of Singapore but recently has made numerous appearances in photoshoots. The main attraction about the Lalang fields is that even though they are similar looking (although the one at Tuas are shorter than the ones at Punggol if you look closely!) with the exact same type of grass, they provide a place where no two photos are alike and the conceptualisation of the photos are really up to the couple and the photographer, making it extremely unique and inimitable, as seen in the above photos.
